January is about building momentum, not chasing perfection.

The 30 for 30 Fitness Challenge is a simple, approachable way to reset your rhythm and care for your body. For 30 days, participants commit to 30 minutes of intentional movement each day. That’s it.

There’s no required workout plan and no fitness level you need to reach. Walking, cycling, stretching, gym workouts, playing outside, or yard work all count. If you’re moving on purpose, you’re doing it right.

This isn’t a competition. It’s a rhythm.
Consistency over intensity.
Progress over perfection.
Everybody needs somebody.

You’ll move on your own, at your own pace, with encouragement and accountability through a private Facebook group. Throughout the month, there will also be optional meet-ups for those who want to move together.

Participants are invited, but not required, to make a suggested donation to Sharing Well, helping turn personal discipline into generosity that impacts others. 1$ a day (30$)
