It’s becoming a place to stay connected throughout the year with simple, repeatable consistency challenges designed to help you keep moving.
No extreme programs. No complicated systems.
Just practical challenges that encourage steady movement and healthy habits.
Throughout the year we’ll introduce different challenges focused on building rhythm, consistency, and community. Some will focus on time, some on distance, and others on simple daily movement.
Next Challenge: The 1,000,000 Step Challenge

The goal is simple:
How fast can we reach one million steps together?
Every step counts. Walks, runs, workouts, daily movement, and everything in between. Track your steps and help move the group total forward.

These challenges aren’t about perfection. They’re about consistency.
